In 2017, we helped a Colorado pioneer of the cannabis industry expand into a new 12,000 square foot cultivation facility
The client asked us to create a state of the art building that marries cultivar breeding, cultivation, extraction and post-processing with fully equipped R&D and in-house testing laboratories. They now give tours of their flagship facility to everyone from state agencies to school groups.
The building was designed around Best Manufacturing Practices for the cannabis industry, ensuring security through precise tracking of product while preventing potential pest or fungal problems. Every step of the process was woven into the floor plan to maximize efficiency and safety.
